  • Asked by howard wu, 1 year ago Hello, my name is Howard Wu, I own Aspen Leaf Preschool in San Diego and I’m also an attorney.  A couple years ago I started helping preschools in California to appeal Type A and Type B citations.  CCLD has updated its website, which now says they issued you a citation last week.  If you weren’t already planning to appeal, I highly encourage you to do so.  I’ve put together a guide, templates, and real-life examples here: https://appeal.californiachildcarelicensing.com/licensing-appeal-kit/.  If I can be of any help, please let me know!
