Adult Day Program is a community based program for adults with developmental and behavioral challenges. C&H is committed to providing quality services for adults with developmental disabilities. We believe that each individual has a right to pursue their hopes and dreams. We support the Consumers desire to change their negative behavior to a positive behavior. Working together promotes strength, growth and normalization in an integrated context which encourages progress, personal growth and happiness. We support our Consumers in fulfilling hopes and dreams.
