Our company was established in 1986 and has been responsible for providing outstanding services for people with developmental disabilies ever since. Our specialty is in the area behavioral evaluation, analysis and treatment planning. Many of our clients particularly value our day program. The philosophy of NorCal focuses on the principles of "normalization" and the right for all persons to live, work, and attend school or day programs within the communities in which they live. NorCal has been tirelessly committed to providing whatever supports may be necessary to assist build and maintain health quality, satisfaction and success in their lives.
