The philosophy of E&S Behavioral Management Program is to respond to the specialized needs of the developmentally disabled in the field of behavioral management. We understand their behaviors; this awareness helps us maintain our patience and gives us the ability to deal with behaviors in a positive way. E&S Behavioral Management is a day program that hosts a wide range of activities and educational opportunities. E&S tailors to the needs of the individual, and as such, is flexible in what services are provided. We provide classes to assist with the growth of individual social skills instructed by a board certified behavioral specialist. We provide a reward system that encourages appropriate behavior and socialization. We offer daily activities that range from art to music. We offer job training that allows consumers to learn the skills associated with having a job as well as earning some money.
