People Creating Success, Inc. (PCS) headquartered in Ventura County California provides various types of services to people with developmental disabilities. PCS is directed in its outreach to others by unique guidelines we call “THE PCS WAY,†which is a set of principles we have developed to promote growth, development and leadership qualities for employees and everyone our agency supports. Our company philosophy and person centered approach to services further set us apart.The PCS Camarillo program focuses on supporting individuals with behavior challenges. The program assists participants in community and site based activities. All participants have a focus on improving behavioral challenges. The program works with a Behavior Specialist to support behavioral goals and plans. Activities include: life skills, independent living skills, computer lab, music, exercise, arts and crafts, community integration, swimming, and more.
