About VALLEY CAPS
MISSION: To be a leading Day Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities by providing consumer-centered services, empowering them to achieve their full potential and beyond, maximizing their quality of life according to their choices. Our main facility in Manteca operates our ABLE (Adult Behavior Learning Environment) Program. This program offers a 1:3 ratio or one instructor for every three Consumers. The goals of this program include teaching community based independent life skills, behavioral support and job skills training.
