About TRI-COUNTY ADULT DAY HEALTH SERVICES

Tri County Adult Day Health Services, Inc. orginally began providing services to the elderly and disabled in 1999. Known as Adult Daycare of Bennettsville, it was the first daycare established in Marlboro County. Services were in demand and after careful consideration and prayer, the owner and administrator, Carolyn Scott, made the decision to relocate. Her desire to help families keep adult members at home and in the community resulted in the establishment of a new facility and a renaming of the business. In 2008, her daughter, Camilla Scott, joined the business and has assisted in expanding services to address the needs of the elderly and disabled community in Chesterfield, Marlboro, Darlington and Dillon Counties. Our mission has been to advocate for and promote a better daily life for these individuals. Our holistic approach to care provides a nurturing environment that enhances the health of our clients and their families. Our team is composed of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants, Personal Care Aides, Cooks, Van Drivers and Activity Coordinators. They work hand in hand in caring for your loved one’s mental, physical and social health. Our approach is to provide a structured and stimulating environment. Our desire is to provide quality services with respect and integrity toward all potential clients and our competitors as well. We are members of the Cheraw Chamber of Commerce, SC Association of Personal Care Providers, SC Adult Day Services Association, SC Nurses Association, and Family Caregivers Association.
