About GRACE PLACE CENTRAL
Grace Place Alzheimer’s Activity Center is San Antonio’s only licensed non-profit adult day activity center exclusively for seniors suffering from Alzheimer’s. Each center provides a secure and nurturing environment where our clients engage in activities that focus on their abilities rather than disabilities. We now have three locations serving Northwest, Northeast, and Central San Antonio. We offer half days ( 5hours or less) and full days( 5 hours or more) at all three locations.
