The goal of the Adult Day Services program is to enable older adults to continue to enjoy quality lives, maintain independence, and provide a much-needed respite for families and caregivers. Interaction with another human beings is vital to remaining healthy for anyone, but it becomes especially important as we age. Daybreak provides activities and programs that give participants the opportunity to develop confidence, self-esteem, self-expression, and to build on and maintain current living skills. Daybreak’s goals are to support the participant’s highest level of functioning, as well as encourage well-being and dignity, all in a safe and stimulating homelike environment.
