Wilder Foundation’s Adult Day Health program improves the quality of life for individuals and their family members by providing a daily program of social, creative, recreational, health and nutritional services during daytime hours. Within a safe, secure and stimulating environment, participants maintain their independence and dignity, and caregivers enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved one is receiving the appropriate level of care. The Adult Day Health program offers the most affordable way to provide ongoing care for older adults.
