About Rise, Inc. Adult Day Program
Rise’s Adult Day Program was the first day program in Minnesota to specialize in brain injury services. Our participants have survived many kinds of brain injuries, including brain injuries, strokes, and cancer. Other participants have other physical disabilities such as multiple sclerosis or arthritis. The program is located at the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Golden Valley.
