Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is committed to providing preventative and restorative care to all residents. Through a comprehensive assessment and approach, the staff will endeavor to achieve and maintain the maximum potential of each resident. A safe, comfortable, home-like environment, influenced by the resident's individual needs and preferences is provided with careful recognition of each resident's rights regarding confidentiality, safety, spirituality, and quality of life. At all times the resident's wishes are interwoven throughout the care plan. Residents, responsible family members or legal representatives are encouraged to assist in the development of this plan of care.
