About KUAKINI ADULT DAY CARE - AIEA SATELLITE
Kuakini’s two adult day care centers provide supervised care and educational, social, and recreational activities during the day, enabling respite (temporary relief) for caregivers. Services include a daily program of varied activities, lunches and snacks, as well as opportunities for continued learning and growth within a group setting. Kuakini Adult Day Services is a program of Kuakini Geriatric Care, Inc. (KGC), a subsidiary of Kuakini Health System. KGC was founded under Kuakini’s Tradition of Caring and its commitment to providing safe, quality health care services to the people of Hawaii. KGC helps its clients reach their fullest potential and works to extend independent functioning of older adults by maximizing their physical comforts, while maintaining quality of life and dignity in their remaining years.
