Heritage Place Healthcare Community is unique to the Flathead Valley in many ways - two of the areas that we are most proud of are in our Staff and our Facility. Our facility, in its design, is modem and creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere. Our daily emphasis on creating an environment that promotes clean, safe and comfortable environment is evident upon entering our front lobby. HPHC has established a "leadership team", that consists of Nursing Care Managers, Director of Nursing, Maintenance and Dietary Supervisors, Social Service, Activities Directors along with Business Office Manager and Administrator. All of their combined years of service at Heritage Place Healthcare Community comes to 160 years! This type of loyalty, dedication and experience makes our facility a very special place in the delivery of care to the citizens of the Flathead Valley. We are all proud of our facility and staff, and the ability to provide a safe, clean and professional environment to our resident/patients.
