An exceptional community healthcare resource for many years, we exceed expectations in meeting the needs of individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementias. Our services are designed to provide a continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitative care following hospitalization, long-term skilled nursing care, assisted living memory care, and outpatient adult day services. For adults who live at home, but may benefit from medical, rehabilitation, nursing and socialization services during the weekday, we offer our Adult Day Services Program.
