For over 28 years Tall Pines has been serving Mid-Coast Maine with excellent specialized care. Located just steps from downtown Belfast, and convenient to the Waldo County General Hospital, the Tall Pines Campus is the only senior living community in Belfast offering a full continuum of care including independent living, assisted living, respite care, skilled rehabilitation, long term care, residential care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and an adult day program. We understand that caring for a loved one at home daily can be a challenge, so we are here to help. That's why we offer an Adult Day Program, to give you some time for yourself. The Adult Day Program at Tall Pines is designed to help those caring for their loved ones at home, by providing care and companionship for seniors who need supervision or assistance during the day.
