Greeley Center for Independence, Inc. will provide places of encouragement, growth and transition, where people with temporary and permanent disabilities can reach their maximum potential of personal independence, encouragement and personal growth. Specialized Adult Day Services treat and service adults in the northern Colorado community that have sustained a brain injury. Stephens Farm is a certified provider of services under the Medicaid Brain Injury (BI) and Elderly, Blind and Disabled (EBD) HCBS waivers. We also accept private pay.
