Rocky Mountain Health Care Services provides a continuum of health care services to the elderly, blind, and disabled; the brain injured; and persons living with diabetes and AIDS. We are committed to giving our clients the opportunity to live at their highest level of independence and health, through teaching, brokering, and the provision of needed health care resources. If you or a loved one has experienced a brain injury, you know that it changes everyone's lives. Learning to cope with new challenges can be overwhelming. Rocky Mountain Brain Injury Services can help. Since 1999, we have been helping individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI), including traumatic brain injury (TBI), relearn the skills they lost and grow toward independence and self-sufficiency. Each individual in our program has a treatment plan developed specifically for his or her needs. To meet these treatment goals, we offer you a variety of recovery and rehabilitation services.
