Citizen Care, Inc. (CCI), a subsidiary of Partners For Quality, Inc., is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for people with disabilities. Through the support of staff and the local communities, people are empowered to make informed choices and decisions about their lives. Services are always tailored to individual needs and wishes, whether it's learning a new skill, taking a trip to Hawaii, or finding a new home. CCI makes available the resources needed by each person supported to realize goals that focus on a normal lifestyle and the provision of opportunities for growth and personal satisfaction. A strong philosophical commitment to the principles of choice and self-determination has afforded people numerous opportunities to manage their own lives and to live with dignity and respect as members of the community. The CSS (Center For Community Supports) provides individualized supports to people who have a wide range of abilities, interests, and needs. In addition to supporting people in developing and refining skills and competencies related to personal management/independence, health and safety, communication and socialization, activities are designed to promote the development of work-related skills for anyone interested in pursuing vocational interests. Special events, holiday celebrations and a variety of supervised community-based activities address each person's current interests, provide exposure to new and different recreational and leisure activities and facilitate the development of interpersonal relationships.
