About Community LIFE @ McKeesport
Community LIFE is a program that brings the region’s experts in geriatric medicine and care together to work as a team in specialized Day Health Centers, to help older adults enjoy the highest quality of life possible. Our professionals work on the patient’s schedule, and are committed to keeping older adults independent, and in their homes. Our wide range of services are designed to meet the varied needs of seniors, and include medical care, social services, meals, activities, transportation and much more. For most participants, the comprehensive service package enables them to receive care in their home, in the community and at our centers, rather than in a nursing home. Older adults and their families have come to rely on Community LIFE as the all-inclusive care program of choice.
