We are Milestone. Our mission is to provide quality, life-enhancing services that promote wellness and the development of human potential. New Horizon is a day program focusing on skill and health maintenance. The facility is a dual-licensed older adult living center and adult training facility and is available to anyone with aging issues regardless of chronological age. Group and individual programming is conducted in a small, relaxed, home-like environment where health, nutrition, exercise, cultural endeavors and socialization are the core of daily activities. Additionally, nursing home services are available for those individuals who are eligible to receive OBRA funding.
