About Masonic Villiage Adult Daily Living Center
This program offers a cost-effective alternative for adults who need structure and assistance during the day, but are able to return to the comfort of their own home in the evening. Individuals 18 and older with functional, physical, social or cognitive impairments, such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke or brain injury, enjoy a variety of recreation and social programs, as well as access to medical care, including medication administration, health monitoring and personal care, as needed. Program staff, under the guidance of the program director/nurse (L.P.N.)., develop a care plan for each participant based on his or her specific needs. Daily rates include all recreational and social programs, a well-balanced noon meal, daily snacks and personal care. Additional costs apply to other services available, such as rehabilitation, dental, podiatry or bathing services, a wellness center and hair salon. The Adult Daily Living Center is dually certified and licensed by the PA State Department of Aging and Department of Public Welfare. A Masonic affiliation is not required for participation. This center is funded in part under a contract with the Lancaster County Office of Aging and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. Funding also is provided through an additional contract with the Dauphin County Area Agency on Aging.
