About Evergreen Adult Day Program
In 1994, Evergreen Adult Day Program was opened in order to provide care for those area seniors who were at risk at home alone while their caregivers were out. Evergreen specializes in seniors with memory impairment and therefore offers a safe, comfortable alternative to private-duty in-home care. Springfield residence retirement community has served seniors in the Delaware Valley since 1975. In addition to our adult day programs, Springfield offers these retirement options: independent living, assisted living, personal care, and respite care. Our residence enjoy a gracious retirement lifestyle with all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting.
