The newest addition to the Shepherd Center is the [m]Power cognitive fitness program, a computer system designed to boost brain power, improve memory, and delay the onset of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Participants use [m]Power’s user-friendly layout to play games and puzzles that correspond to the individual’s personal skill level.
