Provides a planned program of care and support to adults, 18 years of age and older, requiring more daytime assistance than either they or their families can provide. Most clients range in age from 60 to 90+. The program is designed to: Help participants maintain a meaningful life with a sense of self-worth and individual dignity; Provide respite care for families who have responsibility for an adult who should not be left alone during the day; Allow participants to remain in their home environment for as long as possible.
