About CJE SeniorLife - Adult Day Services (Evanston)
Our Traditional Care adult day program is designed for persons who may have mild social, physical, emotional or cognitive needs, including ("but not limited to" )early to mid-stage dementia. A client in Traditional Care is relatively independent and needs little direction and/or assistance with activities of daily living. The Asher Alzheimer's and Dementia Care program is designed for persons with mid-stage Alzheimer's or other types of dementia, physical or cognitive impairments that require assistance with a variety of activities of daily living. The Asher client is typically in need of significant direction, cueing and personal assistance by staff. In addition to full activity staff, Traditional Care and Asher programs have both a full-time registered nurse to dispense medication, promote wellness and provide health education social worker to provide individualized care plans and emotional support. Kosher meals and snacks are served; special diets are accommodated.
