The Friend Center for Alzheimer's Care at Weinberg Community for Senior Living is an assisted living residence designed for older adults with early to mid-state dementia and other cognitive impairments with an adult day program that is opened to Weinberg residents and the general public. In addition to Life Enrichment staff and personal care assistance, Friend Center staff includes a full-time registered nurse to dispense medication, promote wellness and provide health education and a licensed clinical social worker to provide individualized care plans and emotional support. Kosher meals and snacks are served.
