About Oak Crest Adult Day Care
Oak Crest’s Adult Day Care program is a planned program of activities designed to promote individual well-being through social and cognitive stimulation. Your family member will have the opportunity to talk to many people throughout their day; program participants are involved in the same activities, meals and social programs as our residential members. Oak crest has provided Adult Day Care for over 25 years and is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
