Turnstone’s Adult Day Services (ADS) program began in 1977 and is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Unlike other area adult day service programs, Turnstone’s adult day services program is specialized to assist persons with physical disabilities, age 18 and older.
