About Pathways Adult Day Care
Our participant’s needs are our first priority. Pathways Adult Day Center’s goal is to meet those needs in a professional atmosphere of safety and loving concern. Pathways Adult Day Center was started by Adams Memorial Hospital in 1990, and was first housed in the Physician’s office building near the hospital. We are currently located at Grant Street and Mercer Avenue, Decatur, Indiana.
