Helping Hands Adult Day Services is a licensed medical Adult Day Program serving the Washington DC metropolitan area since 1997. We offer a secure, safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where participants can socialize, enjoy peer support, and engage in specialized activity programs. Health and social services are always available with an emphasis on promoting the individual’s maximum level of functioning and well-being. Family caregivers are able to feel secure that their loved ones who cannot be left alone, yet do not require 24 hour nursing care, are well taken care of during the day.
