About LIFE Adult Medical Day Care
We offer an innovative approach to the traditional medical day care setting. The Adult Medical Day Program opened its doors on February 12, 2007. Our fully licensed Adult Medical Day Care program is designed to maximize the independence of the participants and to help maintain or improve their current level of abilities. These services are available to individuals from age 18 and older who may have an intellectual or physical disability, or medical concerns. Participants enjoy a variety of services including medical care, scheduled activity programs, nutritious breakfast, lunch, snacks, as well as other specialized services. Meals, snack planning and preparation is overseen by our ServSafe Certified Food Service Manager.
