Mercy Adult Day Health of Westfield is designed to help older adults, as well as adults with disabilities, continue to maintain their lifestyle at home. Mercy’s Adult Day Health program helps enhance and rebuild physical and mental health. As part of our program, the health conditions of each person are closely monitored with appropriate medical support administrated as warranted. Individuals are given training and assistance, enabling them to achieve maximum mobility through the utilization of life skills.
