New England Sinai Hospital's Adult Day Health Program offers a variety of social and support services provided within a structured, stimulating and safe environment. Designed to meet the individualized needs of functionally impaired adults, the program enriches the lives of all who attend, providing the needed socialization, easing loneliness, and curtailing depression. It allows adults to remain home, and provides caregivers time for work, respite and peace of mind. The caring staff at Sinai's Adult Day Health Program includes a registered nurse who supervises the medical management of participants, a licensed practical nurse, an activities coordinator, program assistants and a social worker.
