Our PACE adult day health centers are places where participants can safely socialize, enjoy a hot, nutritious meal and receive care from our familiar on-site staff. Most adult day health centers offer social activities, meals and some nursing, rehabilitation and social services. Our PACE adult day health centers also include on-site medical care with access to your loved one’s primary care physician and other PACE staff. The entire interdisciplinary care team is also available on-site.
