Birchwood is a daytime program for individuals who may be experiencing minor changes in physical health and memory as they age. Whether you are living with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, or other physical changes, we understand your goal to live well. With each visit, Birchwood members benefit by engaging in thought-provoking programs that focus on brain fitness, physical wellness, creativity, and socialization.
