Rainbow Center is a private, non-profit agency located in Columbus, Nebraska. We serve adults over the age of nineteen who have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. Rainbow Center offers participants a variety of disciplines designed to fit the needs of the individual. We believe that all participants make a worthwhile contribution to society. Through participation in this program our participants begin the process of recovery. By learning about their mental illness they begin a process leading to successful community living. Rainbow Center provides advocacy in the community and with other service organizations such as Social Security Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, as well as health care and mental health professionals.
