Beautiful state of the art facility located in Upper Deerfield Township. Facility transports clients from surrounding areas in Cumberland and Salem Counties. Come for the day and enjoy 2 nutritious meals, Nursing on staff daily for assistance with your medical needs, creative and exciting activities, shopping and entertainment. We will help facilitate transportation to your medical appointments, labs and any medical testing. Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy completed on premises by Fox Rehabilitation as ordered by your physician. Certified Social Worker available for your assistance. Payment made by your insurance company if medically eligible. We also have Alzheimer Grant, respite funding and private pay available.
