About My Home Adult Day Care Center
Our Center is dedicated to keeping families together in the community and to prevent or delay placement into a long term care facility. We strive to provide enriched daily therapeutic activities, healthcare monitoring,socialization and supervision for impared adults. We have dedicated and caring staffs that have been trained to meet the individual needs of our members. Each members will have an individualized plan of care to address his/her specific needs.
