The Sunflower Adult Medical Day Care Center was opened over a decade ago with one mission in mind. To help you and your loved ones enjoy life to the fullest. To make peoples lives easier and bring together the community of Bayonne and Northern New Jersey as a whole. With this philosophy in mind we created a center where you are our biggest priority. We work day and night to make sure each day that you spend at Sunflower is a day you will never forget. We have a dedicated team that consists of nurses, social workers, activity directors, and drivers that make sure from the moment we pick you up to the moment when we drop you off, the time spent with us makes your life easier and healthier. Our list of activities includes board games, karaoke, museum trips, outdoor BBQs, and much much more.
