About HELP/PSI Adult Day Healthcare (ADHC) Program - Jamaica
HELP/PSI’s Adult Day Healthcare (ADHC) Program is co-located with our licensed Article 28 facilities in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. The ADHC program offers medically supervised services to adults living with HIV/AIDS and dual/multiple morbidities so they may thrive independently in the community and prolong or eliminate the need for residential healthcare services. The ADHC program is designed to provide a comprehensive and integrated model of service delivery in a cost-effective manner by avoiding duplication of services and minimizing the need for participants to attend additional off-site services. ADHC allows clients to strive toward their optimal health goals in a safe, supportive, culturally sensitive, non-institutional environment.
