The center offers activities planned and designed to meet the specific needs and abilities of each participant according to an individualized plan of care. Admission to the center is open to individuals who reside in Cattaraugus County, are age 60 or older, and have a chronic limiting condition (e.g., social isolation, disorientation, mental disability, physical impairment). Schedules are arranged in advance according to participant and family needs and range from one to five days per week. A suggested contribution is determined on an individual basis and is based on a sliding scale. Third party payment may be available.
