HEALTH... Treatment and care are individualized under the direction of each participant's personal physician. Each member of the program is provided with a comprehensive care plan. This plan that may include psychiatric, psychological, laboratory, pharmaceutical, dental, ophthalmology, and podiatry services, is coordinated by a registered nurse and implemented by our multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Participants receive all the services provided by a nursing center and yet are able to return to their home each evening. Isolated adults socialize and interact with their peers in a community setting. Reducing the caregiver's emotional and physical stress. The caregiver is secure in the knowledge that their loved one is receiving nursing, personal care, and other necessary services, while enjoying recreational activities in a safe environment. Holistic approach and individualized, comprehensive planning assures that members receive proper care and services.
