About Bethel Social and Medical Adult Day Services

Bethel's Social and Medical Adult Day Services provides care and socialization for older adults who would otherwise be isolated in their homes day after day. Seniors come to our Ossining campus, Monday through Friday, where they engage in a variety of programs including current events, barbecues, musical performances, recreational events, community outings and more. In addition, we provide nutritional meals, snacks and medical attention. As such, it enables seniors to maintain their independence by living at home and having a structured, social outlet on a regular basis. Available weekdays, from 8 am - 4 pm to qualified participants, services also include door to door transportation for seniors within a 10-mile radius. For seniors enrolled in our medical model program, we coordinate care with their physicians and service agencies; provide skilled nursing and assessment; offer dental, podiatry and rehabilitation services; provide personal care assistance, including showers; case management and numerous other services. Bethel is pleased to provide this level of Adult Care to seniors in the community to help them remain independent for as long as possible!
