About MJHS Adult Day Health Care
Our adult day health care center is a licensed community-based program that provides health, rehabilitative, recreation and social services to those who need assistance living independently but would benefit from the socialization provided in a group setting. Our medical model allows individuals to continue to live at home and avoid placement in a nursing home.
