SarahCare Centers provide professional services in a secure and caring environment for older adults with health-related needs, including caregiver respite and support. SarahCare offers courteous and conscientious adult day care, escorted transportation from your home to our center and back home again. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. Our services allow for our participants to remain socially active during the day, while maintaining a sense of self-sufficiency in their own home. SarahCare recognizes that each individual is in fact a unique person having individual needs and concerns. Our center works with each participant in designing a person-centered care plan. This is achieved by assessing the participant, speaking with their family and incorporating the staff into this plan. At SarahCare, we believe that life in the senior years is meant to be enjoyed, not simply endured. We offer mind enhancement programs, entertainment, social interactions, strength building programs, and monthly outings.
