CHP's Adult Day Care Centers offer specialized programs for those suffering from Parkinsons disease, stroke, Alzheimers disease, diabetes and many other conditions. Adult day care is NOT a nursing home or assisted living facility. Clients stay at the center for a few hours at a time, or for the entire day, before returning to their own home each evening. Our program offers stimulating activities that add variety and interest to every new day while providing nursing care and attention in a home-like environment. The enjoyable atmosphere and loving care promote health and independence.
