About Coleman Adult Day Services
One important goal of Coleman Adult Day Services is to keep individuals out of nursing homes. We assist family members and caregivers in keeping their loved ones in a comfortable home environment for as long as possible. We do this by offering a progressive medical model of health care at an affordable rate. Team members include the client, family/caregivers, physicians and the nursing staff at Coleman Adult Day Services. Direct care is provided by our State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) staff at a 6:1 client to staff ratio. Our modern facility is centrally located in Portage County.
