McGregor PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) enables low-income seniors in the Greater Cleveland area to age at home rather than in costlier residential care facilities. The program is based on the belief that it is better for the well-being of seniors with chronic care needs and their families to be served in the community whenever possible.
