We provide Adult Day Care to individuals who may require some supervision during daytime hours. Individuals with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other physical or cognitive limitations receive a quality activity and social program. Medical monitoring and support are provided by a registratered nurse and trained staff. Referrals to this program are made through a variety of sources including Area Agency on Aging, physicians, social service staff and individuals services.
